Exchange & Return Policy

For all returns and exchanges, please write to us at care@artangi.com.

  • All exchanges and returns are accepted only if the customer informs us of any issue within seven days of delivery.
  • If you receive the wrong product or there is a size issue, you can request an exchange within seven days of delivery (including the day of delivery).
  • We offer free exchanges for size issues or incorrect products. The exchange will be for the correct product or another size of equal value, and we will arrange the reverse pickup at no extra cost.
  • If the exchange product is of a higher value, you must pay the price difference online.
  • Products must be returned in their original condition, with the sticker label attached, folded properly, and packed securely to prevent damage during transit. Without these, the exchange will not be processed.
  • Refunds are only issued for defective products. If you receive a defective item, please email our support team at care@artangi.com with your order details, issue description, and product photographs. Refunds are not provided for other reasons.
  • In exceptional cases, if a return is accepted for reasons other than defects or delivery issues, ₹100 will be deducted from the refund to cover reverse pickup costs due to rising logistics expenses.
  • Refunds will be issued to the same bank account used for the purchase or an alternative bank account provided by you.
  • Please note that slight variations in colour and design may occur due to differences in screen resolution and lighting. Returns and refunds will not be processed for minor variations.
  • If our verification determines that the defect was caused by misuse or negligence, a refund will not be issued.
  • To prevent such issues, do not accept damaged packages at the time of delivery.
  • We reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges if the merchandise does not meet our policy criteria.
  • Exchange/return requests are allowed only once per order.
  • Used or washed products cannot be exchanged or refunded.
  • Sale items or products purchased with a discount code are not eligible for refunds.
  • We offer free exchanges for size issues, but refunds are not provided for size-related concerns.
