Order Processing Time

We ship products within 24 to 48 working hours of receiving the order.

Delivery Timeframe

• Orders within India are typically delivered within 5-8 working days, depending on the shipping address and other factors such as public holidays, extreme weather conditions, or logistical delays.
• In rare cases, delivery may take up to 2 weeks, depending on product availability.
• For certain regions, such as Jammu & Kashmir and Northeast India, delivery may take up to 10 working days.

Order Tracking

• Tracking details will be shared via email once the product has been shipped.
• If you do not receive tracking information within 48 hours of placing your order, please contact us at care@artangi.com.

Courier Partners

We ship all our products through Delhivery, Xpressbees, Bluedart, EcomExpress,& Sometimes different Delivery Partner based on the delivery pincode.

Missing Deliveries

• If the tracking details show the product as delivered but you have not received it, please check with family members, neighbors, flatmates, or your office mailroom, as the package may have been received on your behalf.
• In genuine cases, where the order has not been received, we will refund the full amount after conducting a proper investigation, which may take up to 10 working days.
• If you receive a delivery notification but have not received the product, please report it to us at care@artangi.com within 48 hours. We will raise the issue with our courier partner and resolve it as soon as possible.
• After the 48-hour window, it will be difficult for us to take action, and we will not be liable for any losses.
