For all returns and exchanges, please write to us at care@artangi.com. All exchanges and returns are accepted only if the customer informs us of any issue within seven days of delivery. If you receive the wrong product or there is a size issue, you can request an exchange within seven days of delivery (including the day of delivery). We offer free exchanges for size issues or incorrect products. The exchange will be for the correct product or another size of equal value, and we will arrange the reverse pickup at no extra cost. If the exchange product is of a higher value, you must pay the price difference online. Products must be returned in their original condition, with the sticker label attached, folded properly, and packed securely to prevent damage during transit. Without these, the exchange will not be processed. Refunds are only issued for defective products. If you receive a defective item, please email our support team at care@artangi.com with your order details, issue description, and product photographs. Refunds are not provided for other reasons.
